How many days
Multi-day conferences and exhibitions are quoted by day, usually at a better rate per day than a single booking.
Crew size
One photographer covers one hall. If three sessions run at once, you need three people or you will miss two of them.
Film as well as photos
Event films, highlight reels and speaker recordings mean a second in-house crew alongside the photographers.
How fast you need them
Same-evening delivery means an editor working through the event rather than afterwards, and that is priced in.
Extras
On-site headshots, printed photographs at the venue, drone where permitted, and branded galleries.
Where events sit against weddings
Most events need fewer hours and a smaller crew than a wedding, so they are quoted well below wedding coverage, which starts at ₹80,000 for a single day. A short birthday shoot sits at the bottom of our range; a multi-day conference with film and same-day delivery can sit above a single-day wedding.

What information do you need to quote an event?

The date, the venue, roughly how many hours need covering, whether you want film as well as photography, and how quickly you need the images delivered. That is usually enough for a firm written quote the same day.

Do you offer retainers for regular corporate work?

Are there travel charges within Delhi NCR?

No. Travel inside Delhi NCR is part of the quote. Events outside NCR carry travel and stay as their own clearly itemised line.
