A destination wedding is not simply a wedding somewhere else. The days run longer, the events blur together, and the photographers are with you from the welcome dinner to the last farewell. This page covers how we plan for that.

The work starts weeks early
We map the days
Destination celebrations run three to five days. We plan crew rest so nobody is exhausted by the wedding night itself.
We bring everything
Backup bodies, lenses, lighting and drone travel with us. There is no camera shop at a palace at midnight.
We quote travel openly
Flights, transfers and stay appear as their own line in your quote. You see the real cost, not a rounded-up total.
India and beyond
We have photographed weddings in Rajasthan, Himachal, Goa, Kerala and across India, as well as internationally. Rajasthan remains the most requested for its palaces and courtyards, and hill stations for couples who want cool air and long light.

What travel actually costs you
Destination quotes go wrong when travel is buried inside a package number. Ours is itemised, so you can check it against what your planner is quoting for everyone else.
You cover flights or rail for the crew, accommodation on the same days you are already blocking rooms, and local transport between venues. We travel economy and share twin rooms unless you tell us otherwise. There is no per-diem line and no equipment surcharge. For weddings inside India the whole travel line usually lands between ₹8,000 and ₹15,000 per crew member. International depends entirely on the route.
What we need from you is the venue confirmation early, because visas for the team and permissions for drone work both run on their own timelines. Goa, Udaipur, Jaipur and Rishikesh we know well enough to plan without a recce. Anywhere new, we arrive a day ahead at our own cost, walk the venue at the hour each event is scheduled, and send you a short note on what the light will be doing. It is the cheapest insurance on a wedding you cannot reshoot.

Earlier than a local wedding. Destination bookings hold the team for several consecutive days including travel, so popular season dates go quickly. As soon as your venue is confirmed is the right time to ask.
Do you visit the venue beforehand?

Wherever it is practical, yes. When an advance visit is not possible we plan from venue material, event timings and local sunset times, and we arrive a day early to walk the location before shooting begins.
Who pays for travel and stay?

Travel and accommodation for the team are part of your quote, listed as their own line. Some couples prefer to book the team's rooms directly with the venue, which is fine and we will adjust the quote accordingly.
